What activity made the most impact on your feelings about leadership? Why?

I thought the game where we had to communicate with our hands to line up by birthdays was fun because it helped me learn how hard it can be to be a leader at times.
the birthday game that we played showed a lot of leadership in us all because we had to figure out what order our birthdays were in but without even speaking we could only pretty much talk by using our hands!!!!!
I think that the learning styles sheet had the most impact on my feelings of leadership because i didnt even realize there were different types of learning styles.
bailey thinks, when we learned about all of the different learnig techniques it impacted my feelings about leadership the most, because it made me realize that everybody enjoys working in their own way. and people should consider everyones needs, to work together at eaiser.
The ball game made the most impact on my feelings about a leader because you haveto work together. Being open to new ideas is very imporant and it is nice to experiment with it.

The activity we had to do with the birthday. I think that made the most impact because we all had to step up and put ourselves on the right places.

That game with the birthday thing, that was hard. But, it wwas productive. It showed me that there should always be a leader. Maybe it should be me.
